Start Here to Request a Return Material Authorization

 

Returns for stock products are accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date with prior authorization approval. Returned products must be in new condition with the original packaging intact. Please Fill out this form to see if your order qualifies. Restocking fees of up to 25% may apply. Direct Supply Inc. does not cover return shipping. We will always ask the manufacturer if we can return special order material, but returns are not guaranteed on special orders.

Once approved, Direct Supply will provide a Return Material Authorization. Please include this RMA with the returned item. Items returned without RMA documentation cannot be processed.
